Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Pipeflow. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a brokerage, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

The service

Pipeflow is a subscription CRM for real estate professionals. We provide it on a continuing basis and may improve or change features, giving reasonable notice before removing anything material.

Accounts and roles

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping credentials secure.
• Brokerage administrators control who is invited, what role each person holds, and when access ends.
• You must not share a seat between people or access data your role does not permit.

Your data

Your contacts, deals, listings and commission records remain yours. We process them to run the service and under the Privacy Policy. You can export them while your subscription is active.

AI features

The inbox reader and voice assistant propose changes. Except where you explicitly enable auto-apply, nothing is written without your confirmation. AI output can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing proposals before accepting them and for the accuracy of the records you keep.

Commission splits

Split sheets in Pipeflow are a record of what participants agreed inside the product. They are a convenience, not a substitute for your brokerage agreements or legal advice, and we are not a party to any commission arrangement between you and another person.

Billing

• Plans are priced per agent and billed monthly in advance.
• You can cancel at any time; the subscription runs to the end of the paid period.
• Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We will give at least 30 days' notice before a price change affecting you.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Pipeflow to send unlawful marketing or to process data you have no right to process.
• Do not attempt to bypass permissions, probe our infrastructure, or resell the service.
• Do not upload malware or interfere with other customers' use of the service.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Pipeflow available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost deals or indirect losses.

Termination

You may stop using Pipeflow at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached, giving notice where it is reasonable to do so.
